The 2011 ODSA Annual General Meeting took place on Saturday November 12th at the
Sport Alliance of Ontario

 located at 3 Concorde Gate in boardrooms 3 & 4 from 2:30-4 PM
Participants had the ability to call in on a conference call line if they were unable to attend in person. Details were forwarded through email communication after an individual registered.

Any ODSA member could attend the AGM,

ODSA hosted separate in person round table discussions on Disc Golf and Ultimate starting at 9:30 AM to discuss future programming and activities. (Teleconference was available for the ultimate table discussions)
